Professional workflow

Approval is the start of transfer processing.

The verification and payment stages are deliberately separated. The estimated 5–10 minute processing window starts only when review has been approved—not when the link is opened or when evidence is submitted.

01 / VERIFY

Verification opened

The recipient reviews the transaction details and starts the verification session.

02 / SUBMIT

Evidence submitted

Required transaction evidence must satisfy the verification requirements before submission is unlocked.

03 / REVIEW

Verification under review

The submitted record is checked. No transfer-processing estimate is running during this stage.

04 / PROCESS

Approved → transfer processing

After approval, the status changes to Transfer Processing and the estimated 5–10 minute processing window begins.

Security by design

The verification page is designed to validate transaction evidence and status without asking for confidential online-banking credentials.

Verification requirements are presented clearly during the secure session.
Submission remains locked until all required verification checks are satisfied.
A Completed status should only be shown after the payment workflow has confirmed completion.
